Iris is a project manager with over a decade of international experience delivering complex transportation and infrastructure projects across the public and private sectors. Her expertise spans infrastructure procurement, strategic planning, governance, and program delivery.

At Access, Iris provides program management and strategic advisory support for major transit and infrastructure initiatives across Toronto, Vancouver, and San Francisco. She specializes in governance frameworks, stakeholder coordination, and project execution and is known for her strong organizational and delivery-focused approach.

Prior to joining Access in 2024, Iris worked with the Philippine Department of Transportation and the Asian Development Bank, leading public-private partnership (P3) transportation projects across the Philippines and supporting infrastructure projects throughout the ASEAN region.

Iris holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Ateneo de Manila University (Philippines) and a postgraduate certificate in Global Business Management from Humber College. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and is actively involved in the industry through leadership roles with the Toronto chapters of Young Professionals in Transportation and Young Leaders in Infrastructure.
