Nithya is a planning and policy advisor based in Toronto, with over ten years’ experience working with and for public sector clients like the City of Toronto, Metrolinx, TTC and YRT to develop strategies to deliver policies and major infrastructure projects. She strongly believes in spending the time upfront with stakeholders to develop a common vision and goals for the initiative, which is then used as the basis for any evaluation framework and metrics used to evaluate policy options. Nithya has a strong grasp of professional language and can tailor messaging to communicate technical findings and policy outcomes to diverse audiences.
