Metrolinx is updating the 2041 Regional Transportation Plan to take a further 10-year outlook and incorporate mandate changes and important emerging policy considerations.

Access was retained to support Metrolinx in launching the update with internal stakeholders, identify key framing questions and issues, and develop material to support the launch with municipal and provincial partners. We designed and facilitated workshops with planning and broader operational and capital delivery teams to sort priority areas of focus and emphasis, and key workplan elements.  We developed a concise ‘pitch placemat’ to showcase key themes for the 2051 RTP.

Metrolinx has proceeded to advance its technical and engagement work for 2051 RTP with a clear set of policy priorities and key messages.
